This front hub is based on the female axle system with drilled steel side bolts. This system is stronger and bolts are harder to strip then those in a traditional system with a long axle sticking out of the sides. The threads are hidden insde the hub, so they are less prone to damage. The cone nuts are made of AL7075 , and won't strip at all. This is because there are no threads. Nothing to adjust or come loose, and they are very light. The hub can be used for heavy duty street riding.
