NS District (handlebar)

For some time, the riders ar asking NS to introduce the new-school bars : 28" (710 mm) wide, with more backsweep (10 deg) so it feels good and comfy even uncut. The custom shape bends are really relaxed. But on the other side, the geo still allow to cut the bars quite a bit. The new District bars feature multiple butting to keep them on the light side even if they are uncut. The extra feture is the extra knurling on the center to avoid any possibility of the bar slipping / moving. The District fits both MTB and BMX stems as they are 22.2 clam p size  but the 25.2 -> 22.2 shims are included. Two sizes are available: low (2.5' = 63 mm) and high ( 3.5' = 89 mm); The new Districts are completely new product. The butting and geometry are completely re-designed. NS literally made hundeds of draqings and simulations and 3D simulations just to get the right look. This bar is perfect, especially for rigid forks.

        - clam p : 22.2

        - rise : 2.5' = 63 mm ; 3.5' = 89 mm

NS RNS 2 fork (2009)

The RNS is a product built with only one purpose in mind : STREET! Perfect for riders that don't accept any compromise. It's designed around a really low 420 mm axle-to-crown, which gives an almost BMX geometry for more advanced riders. Steeper head angle, better for "nibbling". A lower fork is also stronger and lighter. The blades are made from custom triple butted tubing and are tapered at the bottom. The steer tube is still very tick in the places it need additional support. The improved steer tube is lighter and the starnut won't slip. The fork is fully heat-treated & black oxidised.

                     Specs :
                              - height : 420 mm
                              - rake :26 mm
                              - weight : 1.29 kg
                              - colours : black, medigreen, bronze

NS Fundamental 2 fork (2009)

The 2009 NS Funfamental fork is not just strong as the 2008 fork, but it's also lighter. It is designed around the geometry of the 2008 RNS fork but a little bit higher. The double butted cromoly blades are super strong and light. The steer tube is even lighter, but still very strong.
The design is simple, but it's really well tought out. The fork is fully heat-treated from the bottom of the dropouts to the top of the steerer tube. Re-designed 5 mm thick BMX style dropouts will allow pegs to be mounted.

          Specs :
                    - height : 435 mm
                    - rake :30 mm
                    - weight : 1.48 kg
                    - colours : white, aqua lue, black

The NS Surge frame (2009)

The Surge is a specifically designed for hardtail freeride. Perfect for hucking, shore riding and downhill, but at the same times it will be confortable in longer rides. Steel is the best material for this kind of frame, making the bike a great feel and making it absolutely bombproof . For 09, the NS team has managed to save some weight by using a more advanced tubeset. The surge is available in 2 sizes ( M and L ), dor 120mm forks and 160 mm forks.

          Specs :
                  - chain stay : 415 mm

The NS Traffic frame (2009)

This is the new economical frame for dirtjumping and street, based on the 09 Suburban 26'. It has the same geometry and slick looks of this highend frame, but by using simple tubing, the price is significantly lower. The frame is made using high end muti butted Japanese cromoly. Experience in building cromoly jumping frames allowed us to achieve the parameters that satisfied us and NS is convinced that this frame can easily compete with frames that cost twice as much. The Traffic is strong, light and has fantastic geometry.

                   Specs :
                           - chain stays : 382 mm slammed
                           - top tube : 570 mm

The NS Capital frame (2009)

The 2009 Capital frame has gone through so many technological upgrades, that the NS team has decided to call it a "sequel" to distinguish it from the 08 model. This is an all new premium level frame. The Capital 2 is probably the lightest and most advances mtb street frame on the market. The frame weights 2.12 kg, but it's very strong, for most hardcore riders. The NS testing machine, indicates, that this is the the stronges NS frame ever!
The secret to this weight and strenght is a totally high-end tubeset combined with the new full heat treating process that takes place after the whole frame is welded. Each frame is coated inside and outside inside and outside with a thin weightless layer, that protects it from corosion. The geometry of the frame is seriously revised, it's much more radical.

Specs:
                 - chain stays : 364 mm slammed
                 - top tube : 546 mm
                 - weight : 2.12 kg (black) / 2.17 kg (other colours)
                 - frame size : 300 mm
                 - seatpost : 27.2 mm
                 - hub spacing : 110 x 14 mm
                 - integrated headset
                 - colours : black, bronze, medigreen

Super freatures:
                 - fuly heat treated after welding
                 - special offset butted downtube with no external gusset
                 - removable cable guides and integrated seat post clamp
                 - integrated seat post clamp
                 - ultra compact geometry
                 - full rust protection

The NS Suburban frame (2009)

NS Suburban (my frame, but I have de 2008 version)!
The guys from NS, wanted for the year '09, to keep the same weight, but to increase the strenght of the frame. The frame gets some nice upgrades : special offset butted downtube with an integrated gusset, they welded in all the hardware mounts flush with the tubes, which combined with no external gussets gives the frame a unique look.
The rear triangle gets seriously beefed up, ensuring that those 180's & 360's won't hurt the frame.

Specs:
        - chain stays : 375 mm slammed (24' frame)
                                     381 mm slammed (26' frame)
        - top tube : 553 mm (24' frame)
                                571 mm (26' frame)
        - weight : 2.39 kg (24' frame)
                           2.42 kg (26' frame)
        - frame size : 307 mm
        - seatpost : 27.2 mm
        - hub spacing : 135 mm
        - colours : grey, white, blue, flat black

Super features :
        - head treated headtube, bottom bracket shell and dropouts
        - special offset butted downtube with no external gusset
        - new lightweight brake pivot system
        - stronger rear triangle
        - integrated seat post clamp

The NS Majesty frame (2009)

The new 2009 NS frame, NS Majesty (my personal favorite)! The Majesty is the new premium level dirt jumping frame.
The Majesty features an integrated headset standard and a spanish BB. There is a totally new high-end tubeset with offset multi butting and a rarely seen full heat treatment process that takes place after the welding. This technology allowed the NS team to make one of the lightest and strongest dirt jumping frame on the market.
This is really the ultimate cromoly dirt jumping frame.

                    Specs:
                       - chain stays : 381 mm slammed
                       - top tube : 570 mm
